Project Management
The construction process is difficult. As part of our consulting services, we can help you assign a project manager to coordinate all subcontractors, architects, city permits, etc.
Coordination Process
Our role as a manager and consultant is to coordinate all subs, including all trades (plumbing, electric, HVAC). This ensures that everyone is completing the trades according to spec and is keeping the project on schedule.
We will work with the city to ensure that your home addition is property permitted so you don’t run into any issues when selling the house down the line.
We can work with multiple architects and engineers to be sure that you have the right plans to set your business up for success in the long run.
During the project, we keep detailed records of all materials purchased as well as how we are trending on costs. That way we can forecast on the project how the actual costs are trending compared to what was forecast.
Once all final inspections pass, we will help obtain the certificate of occupancy from the City.
Reporting and Cost Control
Project reporting and scheduling is essential to sticking to your project budget. As part of our projects, we will keep detailed track of all costs and any change orders that happen in the project.
Project Completion
Once the project is completed, you’ll get a final report of all work performed along with copies of city permits, materials receipts, etc.
Warranty
All work will be covered under our general warranty, and each subcontractor will be responsible for his own warrantied work. Unlike other construction companies we take warranty work seriously and always honor the warranty.
