This home on Sendera Street underwent a full bathroom conversion to modernize and optimize the space. The project began with a complete demolition of the existing layout and included extensive upgrades such as new plumbing lines, electrical fixtures, and a reconfigured floor plan. Key improvements involved the installation of a new shower area with elevated tiling, updated vanity and toilet, recessed lighting, ventilation enhancements, and fresh finishes throughout. All drywall was replaced with Hardie backer for durability, and the bathroom was completed with new paint, trim, and accessories for a clean, updated look.
