This property on Las Cruces St. underwent a full renovation to enhance its structure, functionality, and appeal. Exterior upgrades included landscaping, power washing, new siding, roof repairs, fresh paint, and replacing windows and doors. Inside, walls were modified for an open layout, the dining room was converted into a pantry, and the fireplace was redesigned. New hardwood flooring, fresh paint, baseboards, and modern doors were installed. The kitchen was fully remodeled with shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a gray brick backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, while both bathrooms were updated with modern fixtures and tile. The HVAC system was serviced, registers were replaced, and a new water heater was installed as needed, completing the transformation into a modern and efficient home.

This house, located on Drexel Avenue downtown, required a full gut job before starting the remodel. This included a full upgrade of all electric, plumbing, HVAC, roof, siding, and then some interior finish outs.
The Challenges
Like any full rehab there were may unexpected issues. The house had originally been set up as a duplex, which forced us to cancel some plumbing lines while we did the plumbing rough in. We also added one simple interior wall to separate two rooms, otherwise the framing was not touched.
This house was refinanced and rented. Pictures here represent home at 90% completion.
South Olive Full Remodel

This historic home, originally built in 1920s, was expanded from 800 (2 bed/2bath) to 1500 square feet (3 bed/2bath).
The Challenges
The entire back addition needed to be demolished in order to add on. There were also challenges attaching a new addition to the existing structure. The house was also on a slope, requiring us to install a French drain to help preserve the foundation.
This home was refinanced and rented. Before and after pictures are shown to the right.
